Payment Schedule

Payment schedule are to be made periodically following the different stages of the construction work progress. payment can be made either cash, cheque or transferred to our account.

1st payment :- 30% during completion of super structure ground elevation column.
2nd payment :- 20% during completion of framework (concrete work)
3rd payment :- 25% during completion of roof work and two coat plastering.
4th payment :- 20% during completion of paint work and fixing of fixtures.
final payment :- 5% after completion of every activity and handing over.
